Submission Deadlines

IntegReview schedules five (5) weekly IRB meetings - (1) every day of the week, all of which have unique deadlines.

If you do not feel you can meet these deadlines or if we do not receive your submission within the specified deadlines as indicated, or if you want to request an unscheduled meeting or want to discuss other options, please contact our Quality Assurance Department at (512) 326-3001 or email us at submissions@integreview.com.

Monday board:

Submission deadline is Wednesday (noon CT) for following Monday meeting

Tuesday board:

Submission deadline is Thursday (noon CT) for following Tuesday meeting

Wednesday board:

Submission deadline is Friday (noon CT) for following Wednesday meeting

Thursday board:

Submission deadline is Monday (noon CT) for same week Thursday meeting

Friday board:

Submission deadline is Tuesday (noon CT) for same week Friday meeting

No Submission Deadlines for the Following:

  • Additional investigators being added to a currently approved Multiple Investigator study
  • Additional investigators scheduled for continuing review
  • Projects that are determined by the IRB to meet the Expedited Review per the federal regulations
  • Projects that are determined by the IRB to be exempt from federal regulations
  • Quality Improvement projects

2017 IntegReview Holiday Schedule

Our office will be closed on the following days in 2017 and no IRB meetings will be scheduled on these days:

New Year’s Day – Monday, January 2nd
Good Friday – Friday, April 14th (office closes at 12:00PM, CT)
Memorial Day – Monday, May 29th
Independence Day - Tuesday, July 4th
Labor Day – Monday, September 4th
Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 23rd
Day after Thanksgiving – Friday, November 24th
Christmas Day- Monday, December 25th
Day after Christmas - Tuesday, December 26th
